The new Barbie is a departure from the past Mattel-Sanrio collaborations; the dolls in 2007 and 2008 utilized the Steffie sculpt (my all-time favorite head), but the 2017 doll has the Lagerfeld sculpt instead, a sculpt that I don't think I own yet.
